**About the Role:
The Account Manager position is responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively, and that customer needs are met in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coordinating activities with internal departments, and monitoring the status of customer molds, production orders, quality holds, and shipments.
Other duties may include developing customer and departmental work instructions/procedures, recommending procedural changes to improve customer service, and attending staff meetings.
A successful Account Manager will have a strong understanding of business principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
