Horaire : Quarts de rotation de 8 heures entre 7 h et 23 h du lundi au dimanche

Durée : 6 mois avec possibilité de prolongation

Responsabilités :.

  • Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone et par courriel concernant les paiements en souffrance
  • Effectuer des appels sortants pour collecter les paiements et négocier des modalités de paiement pour les comptes en retard de 1 à 3 mois tout en maintenant un niveau élevé d'efficacité et d'orientation vers le service client.
  • Documentez tous les détails de l'activité dans le système approprié pour refléter les mesures prises.
  • Adhérer aux politiques et procédures pour exécuter les transactions, les activités et les processus dans le cadre des autorités assignées

Qualifications :

  • Entièrement bilingue en anglais et en français
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
  • Solides compétences en négociation
  • Diplôme d'études supérieures, diplôme d'études supérieures commerciales
  • Compréhension de base des collections de consommateurs et des procédures fonctionnelles pertinentes
  • Connaissances intermédiaires de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Approche axée sur le client, enthousiaste et flexible
  • Capacité d'apprendre rapidement de nouvelles technologies/applications
  • Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement dans un environnement en évolution rapide
  • Capacité démontrée à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à prioriser la charge de travail et à respecter les délais

Start Date: March 31, 2025

Location: Remote ( within Canada)

Schedule: 8 hour Rotating shifts between the hours of 7 am-11pm Monday- Sunday

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:.

  • Communicate with customers by phone an emails regarding overdue payments
  • Make outbound calls to collect payments and negotiate payment arrangement for accounts that are 1-3 months overdue while maintaining a high standard of efficiency and customer service focus
  • Document all activity details in appropriate system to reflect action taken.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to execute the transactions, activities and processes within assigned authorities

Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Candidates in Quebec will ONLY be considered
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Graduate, Business college diploma
  • Basic understanding of Consumer Collections and relevant functional procedures
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible approach
  • Ability to learn new technologies/ applications quickly
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines

Being able to pass and clear a Criminal background and Credit check is required for all candidates who receive and accept a job offer.
