Job Summary:

Country Squire Villa, a leading provider of psycho-social rehabilitation services, is seeking a skilled LPN/RPN/RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with serious and persistent mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized rehabilitative and nursing support to patients in a 24-hour care environment
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote patient recovery and independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct life skills teaching and training to support patient rehabilitation and preparation for return to the community
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Requirements:

  • Two years recent experience in a mental health environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Current and full practicing license with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP)
  • Current CPR certification
  • A current and clear Criminal Record Check Form and Clearance Letter prior to the hire date
