Key Responsibilities- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stock and maintain the cash handling area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Participate in promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bonus opportunities based on performance.
- Free parking available for employees.
- Permanent full-time position with 35 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of communication.
