**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and support retail teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Manage relationships with carriers to drive growth and profitability, and develop strategic partnerships
  • Facilitate communication and problem-solving within the team, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify opportunities and set goals for the region, and drive business expansion through strategic planning
  • Develop and implement sales and retention strategies, and analyze market trends to inform business decisions
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Advanced knowledge of personal lines insurance processes and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving business results
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement business plans
  • Results-oriented with effective time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Broker Management Software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business growth
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on developing high-performing teams
