Job Title: Asset Management Director

The Asset Management Director will be responsible for providing commercial and technical expertise to Kiewit Development Company's projects in construction or operations. This role will support the asset management team by overseeing all aspects of asset management, including lifecycle budgets and expenditures, and ensuring compliance with technical requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent the project company in communications with clients, design-builders, and operators
  • Manage project company reporting, including preparation, review, and presentation of reporting materials
  • Identify, monitor, and manage project risks
  • Oversee design-build and operator contractors in the fulfillment of their respective obligations
  • Change management and dispute resolution
  • Coordinate with other project team members
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in business or engineering
  • 10 years of experience in a relevant role, with 5+ years of experience providing technical and commercial oversight in the infrastructure, building, transportation, or industrial sector
  • Ability to review and interpret complex legal and financial agreements and summarize key issues
  • Experience presenting materials to project or company boards of directors
  • Ability to travel freely between Canada and the United States

  • Strong written and spoken communications skills
  • Demonstrated history of working as part of a team, as well as managing other team members
  • Experience managing complex technical issues to successful resolution
