- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of over 20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality production and excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes, conduct regular inspections, and address any quality issues promptly.
- Equipment Maintenance: Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules, recommend replacement of machines, and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Plan and manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and measure the impact on business performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
