Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at NET EXPERT QC INC. as a key member of our cleaning services team.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding role requiring manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
- Worksite environment: Wet/damp, dusty, dirty.
- Work setting: Office building, cleaning service company.
- Security and safety: Criminal record check required.
French is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours:40 hours per week.
