Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at NET EXPERT QC INC.
Job Summary:The Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- On the road job with occasional travel to various locations.
- 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- French language proficiency required.
