About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lane Server to join our team at Bowlero Corp. As a Lane Server, you will be the face of our bowling center, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.

Job Description

A typical day as a Lane Server involves:

  • Taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Learning our menu, promotions, and specials and sharing them with our guests to enhance their experience
  • Checking back with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met
  • Assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Setting up, stocking, and organizing your assigned work area to ensure maximum productivity
  • Upselling the center experience to maximize revenue opportunities
What It Takes

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma (optional)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues
  • A commitment to providing great guest service to drive repeat business
  • The ability to meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol (18+ years old)
