Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Painter. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch painting and staining services for both interior and exterior projects. Responsibilities
  • Complete painting and staining projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to our company's high standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners through effective communication and customer service.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including distributing flyers and promoting our services door-to-door in local neighborhoods.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hands-on work is preferred, but not necessary; we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • You must have a reliable vehicle or transportation to ensure timely arrival at work sites.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial in meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16-$24, depending on experience and responsibility. Opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership positions are also available.
