Job Title: Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work site environment: Outdoors, at heights, confined spaces, odors
  • Work setting: Various locations
  • Equipment and machinery experience: Airless spray equipment, brush painting, roller painting
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding
  • Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
  • Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels. They will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
