We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Supervisor to join our team at Treehouse Daycare Ltd. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare programs and ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of early childhood educators to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with our educational leadership team to ensure alignment with our daycare's vision and goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of our childcare programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Please note that this is a permanent position with a 80-hour bi-weekly schedule. The language of work is English.
