About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pizzaiolo. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring attention to detail and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and staff training.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Pizzaiolo, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
