Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, booking appointments, and scheduling repairs.
  • Create accurate estimates for the service department, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage department invoicing, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Sell repairs and services recommended by technicians, promoting our services to customers.
  • Follow up with customers, keeping them informed and updated on their vehicle's status.
  • Explain all work performed and charges, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and utilizing scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment, with a self-starter mentality.
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset, with the ability to climb in and out of Class 8 trucks.
