Check how JLR developed an innovative storm servicing solution for a large community in the Barrhaven South Urban Area where the traditional storm sewer system was supplemented by an exfiltration system along the ROW to preserve infiltration levels to an esker. Also see how our Land Development group designed a wet pond that offered several challenges; coordination with DFO for the approval of in-water works, gravity outlet to the future Light-Rail-Transit and incorporated a new sanitary sewer overflow that integrated several elements as a means of protection; sluice gate, backwater valve, and sophisticated level measurements and alarms.
