Jitaku Corp. is seeking a skilled Cabinet Craftsman to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Cabinet Craftsman, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing wooden furniture and fixtures, ensuring high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and repair wooden furniture and fixtures, using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Prepare and sand wooden parts, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Operate finishing machines or finish furniture by hand, applying a high-quality finish.
  • Reinforce assembled furniture and fixtures with dowels or other supports, ensuring stability and durability.
  • Install hardware on furniture and fixtures, ensuring proper function and safety.
  • Mark defective parts or products for repair, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in woodworking or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.

Physical Demands:
