We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Produce Clerk to join our team at Your Independent Grocer.
About the Role
As a Produce Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring our store shelves are always stocked with fresh and high-quality products. You will be responsible for maintaining and stocking product displays, ensuring accurate product scanning, and identifying inventory needs to assist with ordering.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs.
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs to assist with ordering.
- Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
- Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a team player with an attention to detail, who is driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should be resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions, and motivated to learn new things.
What You'll Bring
- You will need to be available to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- You should be able to move up to 50lbs and be in constant mobility for an entire shift.
