Our Pharmacy Team

Your Role

You'll be part of our pharmacy team dedicated to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. You will provide clinical services, including chronic health condition monitoring and management, medication reviews, health risk assessments, prescription renewals or modifications, minor ailments, or other prescribing services as appropriate for practicing top of scope in your province.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting relevant patient, drug, and medical condition information
  • Monitoring and optimizing medication adherence
  • Understanding all pharmacy offerings and providing each patient with a personalized interaction and intervention if appropriate
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility

What We Offer

As a retail pharmacist with us, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy flexible work-life arrangements to meet your lifestyle needs.
