Role Summary

L3Harris Technologies is a leading aerospace and defense technology innovator, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet customers' mission-critical needs.

As a Material Management Site Representative, you will act as a liaison between the L3Harris material management team, the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), and the warehouse subcontractor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent L3Harris in integrated team reviews with the customer and/or warehouse subcontractor.
  • Track the schedule of training and operational deployments, their requirements, and report on their impacts on Pack-Up Kits (PUK) and material requirements.
  • Provide regular training and mentorship sessions on current and updated Material Management processes and directives.
  • Coordinate and track the repairs of components at 2nd Line by shops, being DND or L3Harris operated, to meet stocks requirements and readiness.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of disposal requirements.

Requirements

  • College or undergraduate degree in a relevant field of expertise such as material management, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, operations management, aeronautics or equivalent experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in management of logistics and material management, preferably in a military context.
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and bilingualism (English and French) both orally and in writing.
