About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Vicone High Performance Rubber. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow existing clients and acquire new ones.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Leverage your professional network to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in consultative selling and business development, preferably in custom manufactured products.
  • Skills: Strong sales and business development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
