Chief Executive Officer

The Canadian Council of Motor Transport Administrators (CCMTA) is a national organization that represents the interests of motor vehicle transportation and highway safety in Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization and drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve our goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and members
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and programs to promote highway safety and motor vehicle transportation
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve our objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar organization
  • Strong understanding of motor vehicle transportation and highway safety issues in Canada
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
