  4. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with various teams to gather business and technical requirements, applying expert knowledge to identify and address complex issues.
  5. Project Management: Perform and balance tasks on multiple concurrent projects across multiple customers, demonstrating ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  6. Architectural Mediation: Mediate and manage architectural conditions, including those that are contractually required, ensuring alignment with client needs.
