Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Gas Station Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our gas station.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise and supplies for the gas station.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell fuel, food, and other merchandise to customers.
  • Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking, air-conditioned.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, retail business.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
  • Transportation/Travel: Public transportation available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement.
