Vibrant Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver - Overland Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across international routes. Your expertise in operating and maintaining heavy goods vehicles will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our clients' cargo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy to transport goods and materials across international routes.
  • Operate and maintain straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Oversee the condition of the vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Load and unload goods, and perform emergency roadside repairs as needed.
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility.
  • Judgement.
  • Organized.
  • Team player.

Working Conditions:

  • 40 to 50 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
