We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Tracx Systems Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and information systems by conducting reviews, usability testing, and operating testing equipment. They will also document technical requirements and execute software application tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical specifications.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Perform usability testing and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Atlassian Confluence.
  • Manual testing skills.
