Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10008800 Manitoba Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, and a team player
