Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections
- Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs using basic tools and equipment

- Assist with minor drywall and wood trim repair, painting, and other cosmetic tasks
- Operate various equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, and hand trucks
- Valid Driver's License

- Basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
