Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in various areas of our business.

Job Description

In this role, you will start by learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. With our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to succeed in our hands-on learning environment. You will also get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business. Our focus on customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations will provide you with a solid foundation for your future career.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow business and revenue
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent
  • 6 months cumulative experience in sales, leadership, or customer-facing roles
  • Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations
