Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Maintenance Operator to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's systems and equipment. If you're a hands-on problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on resort systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Respond to emergency situations, such as fire alarms and system failures
- Conduct daily inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential issues
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Completion of secondary school
- Trades certification or engineering education preferred, but experience in maintenance may be substituted
- Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check
