Overview

Capital Developments is a leading Canadian real estate development company with international roots. With a strong focus on community-driven projects, the company has successfully developed numerous high-rise residential and mixed-use projects in Toronto.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

This role plays a vital part in supporting Capital Developments' growth by analyzing project cash flows and preparing sensitivity analysis to study the impact on the overall project.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating opportunities for residential condo, multi-family, and commercial developments;
  • Collaborating with lenders to secure financing for land acquisition and construction;
  • Assisting in creating opportunity pitchbooks for presentation to potential investors;
  • Analyzing project cash flows and preparing sensitivity analysis;
  • Assisting in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting for internal and external distribution;
  • Participating in identifying efficiencies for continuous improvements;
  • Sourcing and reporting on current market data and intelligence;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field;
  • Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel;
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent communication abilities;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond to deadlines on multiple projects in a timely and professional manner;
  • Highly driven, committed, organized, and flexible individual with a strong attention to detail;
