**Job Description**

We require an experienced cook who is well-versed in Indian cuisine, particularly in preparing curries and tandoori dishes. You should have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in an Indian restaurant within Canada. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Excellent knowledge of Indian kitchen basics and curry preparation
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate the team
  • Ability to coordinate with colleagues and manage tasks efficiently
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends
  • Positive attitude and professional ethics
  • Physical ability to lift boxes/bags up to 25 lb
  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and Punjabi (written and spoken)
