Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, manufacturing, and installation processes for Industrial Irradiators.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to designers, engineers, technologists, and suppliers.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Engage in international travel to customer sites for project installations and supervision.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree with professional certification (PEng) or the ability to obtain certification.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on industrial experience encompassing mechanical expertise and a solid understanding of electrical, controls, and process engineering.
  • Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent software for design and modeling.
  • Proven project management skills honed through practical experience.

Additional Requirements:

  • Training Requirement: The successful candidate must complete all mandatory training and certification as a Nuclear Energy Worker to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • International Travel Capability: The role necessitates the ability to travel internationally as needed for project installations and supervision.
  • Background Verification: As part of the screening process, background verification, including FBI fingerprinting to uphold security measures and ensure suitability for the position.
