We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Medical Care Assistant to join our team at 9146-6573 Québec inc. in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a nursing home/home for the aged setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meal trays, and maintain patients' rooms in a clean and organized manner.
  • Transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher, and answer call signals to determine patients' needs.
  • Collect specimens and administer first aid in emergency situations.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Valid CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
