In a fast-paced retail environment like ours, teamwork is essential. As a PetSmart Associate Lead, you'll help lead the team in the following areas:
- Associate Leadership: You'll be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and developing associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a pay range of $17.40 to $29.50 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. Exact rate of pay will be based on position and experience level.
