Job DescriptionThe Service Manager plays a crucial role in managing service operations within the repair shop to maximize return on investment by optimizing departmental processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. This involves growing profitable service labor sales and exercising disciplined expense control. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Shop Service Department operations, ability to use standard desktop load applications, such as Microsoft Office, and internet functions, ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups, familiarity with John Deere and competitive products, basic understanding of financial principles relative to Service Department operations, ability to analyze and interpret internal reports, ability to work extended hours and weekends, and excellent customer service skills.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
