Career Opportunity for Collision Repair Technician

AutoCanada is a leading Canadian auto retailer with a reputation for excellence in customer service. We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Technician to join our team at Nurse Collision Centre in Whitby, Ontario.

Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary of $30 per hour, flat rate, plus comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, wellness programs, employee assistance program, employee vehicle purchasing plan, and clean working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine vehicle repair requirements and review damage reports to prepare and review repair cost estimates.
  • Remove damaged parts and replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames, and underbody components.
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure repairs are functioning properly and the overall appearance of the completed work.
  • Mentor, coach, train, and support the development of apprentices in the Collision Centre.

Requirements:

  • Completion of post-secondary program and training courses.
  • Heavy Collision experience required.
  • Access to repair bay personal frame rack.
  • I-CAR certification training and I-CAR welding certification.
  • Experience repairing luxury and electric vehicles.
  • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission.
