About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Super Five Management Ltd. as an Administrative Services Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
    • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Staff Management
    • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or management setting.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to plan, administer and control budgets.
    • Knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language
    • English.
