Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at LORD GAINSBOROUGH RESTAURANT. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of sweet and savory baked goods
- Operate machinery and equipment to mix, knead, and bake dough
- Train and assist junior staff members in preparation and cooking techniques
- Ensure high-quality products meet established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and ingredients
