About the Role:

Zeno Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our consumer practice. As an Account Director, Consumer, you will be responsible for driving client service, new business, team development, and management, ensuring consistent excellence in the quality of work delivered to clients.

You will develop and drive PR strategies and programs in our Consumer practice, providing expert counsel to clients to support their business objectives. This role requires a master of the craft, an excellent people leader, and client counselor who can roll up their sleeves and stay close to the work.

Key Qualifications:

6 years of consumer PR experience in an agency setting.
A history of success in providing sound creative and strategic counsel to clients and building credibility with senior-level client contacts.
Budgeting and day-to-day financial management for client programs.
Collaborative spirit, results-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, the ability to 'think on your feet' and respond quickly as business factors shift.
Excellent writing skills and strong presentation skills with experience developing and delivering client presentations.
Experience in drafting and presenting new business pitches.
Experience working on integrated programs, including influencer/creator partnerships.
Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing junior talent.
Strong media strategy experience.
