Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team at Driver Seat Calgary. As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, while ensuring their safety and well-being during transit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus to transport students to and from school, following established routes and schedules.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transit, including monitoring their behavior and preventing distractions.
  • Report any delays, mechanical issues, or accidents to the appropriate authorities.
  • Complete logbooks and reports to document vehicle maintenance and student transportation activities.
  • Maintain control of student activities during travel to prevent distractions or behaviors that could compromise safety.
Requirements
  • Driver's Licence (Class 2 or B or C)
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job with a permanent work term. The work language is English, and the hours of work are 35 hours per week.
