About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Naamat Abougouche. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including seniors and individuals with Alzheimer's disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
