About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Naamat Abougouche. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and management
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, including cooking and food preparation
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen management
  • Support clients with Alzheimer's disease and other special needs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
