At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're looking for a talented Analyst, CRM to join our team and help us deliver exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

  • As a CRM Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting our commercial team by providing expert Salesforce knowledge and process improvement skills.
  • You'll work closely with our SFE team to automate and streamline existing Salesforce processes, ensuring data integrity and system enhancements.
  • Additionally, you'll provide data management support to our Marketing team and create reports for various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong Salesforce functional/technical experience is required, with a focus on data analysis and issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
