About Gursukh Machining Ltd

We are a leading manufacturer of precision machined parts, seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to meet production demands.
  • Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
  • Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances to ensure quality control.
  • Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports to track production quality.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts.
  • Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.
  • Standing for extended periods and attention to detail.
  • Overtime required to meet production demands.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and more.
