Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at All Seasons Restaurant and Lounge. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and efficient.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and reliable with strong time management skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be flexible, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on location and experience.
