Mechanical Engineering Manager

Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead our project coordination efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Coordinate work activities to ensure that projects meet deadlines and budgets.
- Operations Leadership: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and implementing improvements as needed.
- Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that our projects are financially sustainable.
- Staff Development: Train and develop our team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Estimating and Bidding: Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Office and Microsoft Visio to support project coordination and operations.
- Area of Specialization: Focus on mechanical engineering, with a strong understanding of its principles and applications.
