Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Family Tire Limited. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Service Explanation: Clearly explain the type and cost of services offered to customers, ensuring they understand their options.
- Payment Processing: Receive payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
As a Service Advisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a team that values teamwork and collaboration.
