Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that inventory arrives at our distribution centers and retail locations in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage purchase orders, both domestic and international
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate delivery dates and quantities
  • Manage supply chain resolution requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain product min/max levels using inventory software (SAP) to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Track and allocate inventory for flyers and events to maximize sales
  • Update and maintain various Excel-based tools and trackers to ensure accurate inventory levels and trends
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Understanding of the logistical cycle in a retail environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
