We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Volunteer Program Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing volunteer programs that support our mission to create a world free of multiple sclerosis (MS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop volunteer programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives
  • Manage and coordinate volunteer activities, including recruitment, training, and recognition
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand volunteer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with volunteers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programs, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Experience in volunteer management and program design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
